Here’s an example. You’re on the phone with a landscaping vendor regarding a change to an existing work order. They need to reschedule when they will complete the work, and you need to let your staff know. You could send them a message that includes all of the information including the work order number, vendor name, etc., and then have each staff member go through the steps of locating that work order via those coordinates.
Or you could use Conversations on your Propertyware Desktop Home page to announce only the information that’s new, then link the work order in question to your message. That way, your entire staff gets instant, one-click access to the correct data – and just like that, you’re all on the same page.
